Description
An electronic platform that connect the customers and banks into a single place. Customer will be uploading all the required documents for the requested product into the platform. The platform will send all the required information to member banks of the platform that offer the requested product. The platform will gather the banks’ responses (rejection/offers) and presenting the all the responses in one page for the customer to choose for. Once the customer chooses the best offer that suits him/her, the platform will inform all banks by the customer decision (whether to accept/reject the offer only). The accepted bank will confirm the offer at the platform & provide additional instructions for customer to follow to complete the on-boarding process for the customer.
The aim of this platform is to enhance the financial inclusion for all level of Retail individual and SMEs banking clients. Taeawun will contribute to the growth of Digital Lending. Its focus on lending problem are the 3 key issues:
1- Retail banks’ clients spend lots of efforts & time to find the best banking product with the lowest cost
2- SMEs face a similar difficulty in obtain banking relationship.
3- Banks are pressured to offer more innovative products and pitch for new clients while facing increase regulatory & human capital costs.
