Description Madinat Jadida is an investment crowdfunding platform for small, novice investors and aspiring private property developers. We source funding for small-scale, low cost housing projects that have the potential to generate returns for property owners as well as the communities involved. Madinat Jadida, will utilize private capital to tackle inadequate housing in Morocco’s cities, provide contracts for local constructors and build the digital lending industry in the region. We are involved in the entire process of identifying potential projects, conceptualizing the best form of housing for maximum return on rental payments, launching the funding campaigns, and directing the funds to fulfill the projects with full transparency.
