Digitalise the existing insurance offering (such as vehicle insurance) creating frontends & APIs for quote & bind processes
The digitalised version of the products can then be bought online by all types of customers, in various channels including
The insurers own website (where KASKO’s solution would be directly embedded)
We can create a price comparison portal or support an existing or new price comparison provider providing a front end or API data feeds of the digitalised products
Integrate relevant insurance products directly in other channels, such as banks or third party websites or services, used by customers for non-insurance reasons
New Products
We allow insurers to quickly and cost effectively create new insurance products that address very specific needs (e.g. new types of insurance products for agrobusinesses or women-led MSMEs
Customer Experience
We create a customer after sales self-service portal where customers can
Find information about their own insurance cover
Make changes to the insurance cover
Submit claims (which we can pass to the insurer or 3rd party claims solutions)
Submit complaints (which we can pass to the insurer and/or oversight bodies)
All this would allow for better data gathering and at the same time open the opportunity to leverage new 3rd party technology such as AI & machine learning tools to increase the operational efficiency. The key is to digitalising the onboarding and contract management workflow in our open and modular platform the whole market will be able to leverage other new technologies and customers will benefit from more transparency, more product innovation and the ease of use that comes from a fully digital experience.
