Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan, who was arrested in a drug case, could be sentenced to 20 years in prison. According to Indian media reports, Aryan Khan has been arrested under four sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, under which the actor’s son could face up to 20 years in prison.
According to Indian media, Aryan Khan has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) under sections 8C, 20B, 27, and 35 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
Indian Media reports say Aryan could face up to 20 years in prison if the allegations stand true. Section 20B of the NDPS is a case of possession of drugs while section 8C is a case of sale and purchase of drugs. In the case of section 20B, if the allegations are proved, they will be sentenced to 20 years.
It may be recalled that Aryan was arrested by the NCB on October 2 in a case of drug use during a cruise ship party on the coast. Handed over to CB.
